The Tararua Full-Zip Dual wool-lined Jacket with zipped pockets
NZ made from Corriedale Wool outer and 100% NZ Merino lining.
This 450 GSM weight garment is technically perfect to block wind chill while breathing as Wool Merino Garments do; protecting from odour while maintaining body temperature by linking a soft 100% NZ grown Merino 19.5 Micron fibre to 32 Micron Coarse Lambswool.
The outcome of our design is soft warm active knits with an anti-pilling stronger outer knit shell.
The Corriedale wool is off sheep on Cape Campbell Station and the Merino from down the Road at Isolation Station, Awatere Valley, Marlborough NZ
There are two other versions, the 1/4 Zip Jersey & Full Zip Hoody.

New Zealand Natural Clothing is based onthe Eastern side of the Tararua Mountain Range. Formed as a district in 1989 from 5 councils, Tararua has struggled to shake off its Manawatu branding so we are proud to name this range of garments off our District.

Great customer service, and sizing
I love this product! It can be quite formal, but also casual. I’m a size L for this jacket, whereas I’m an XL for similar NZ sweaters such as Koru or Native World. The XL is perfect for our slim 6’ 5” son.

Wonderful Product and Service
I just received my jacket, and am extremely happy. Ordering, shipping, and delivery went smoothly and efficiently, and I look forward to ordering more items in the future. The jacket itself seems perfect for both day-to-day wear and travel. The item description does not do the jacket justice: both the side zipper and interior pockets are extremely large and can handle a Kindle/ phone/ cigar case/ merino beanie easily, The fabric drapes nicely, and it seems to be a good weight for a range of temperatures, and the YKK zipper runs smoothly, Also, the color in the model picture seems washed out: the jacket is the true black of the individual product photos. I became addicted to merino clothing for travel a few years ago, and this has just gone into my permanent travel collection.
