Very small sizing
I realise base layers should be firm fitting but the sleeves are so tight I couldn't bend my arm. I'm normally a 14-16 and L so I got an XL and it is way too tight.

I was surprised that it is a little of a tight fit . Its warm & I can kid myself it is slimming !
