I’m sure these are good quality socks, it’s just the dye in them that’s the problem
I decided to handwashing these socks as a precaution and just as well because an excessive amount of dye came out, turning the water completely black. I decided to try to set the dye with a handful of salt in the first rinsing water, then rinsed them another 5 times after that until the water was clear. My concern would be for anyone throwing these in the washing machine and ruining a load of washing

Great Socks
I bought 2 pairs for my wife's birthday, she told me she had been wearing one pair for a whole week because she didn't want to go back to her old (clean) socks. So I had to buy her another 5 pairs just so she would have enough to last her the week and have a fresh pair every day.
