The Pohutukawa tree (Metrosideros excelsa) with its flaming red clusters of flower has become part of the New Zealand Christmas tradition.     A gift for an Aussie relative who is visiting here this winter. Something warm that won't add much weight to her luggage.

    The best! Soft merino, not scratchy at all, very warm and the cuff is not too tight - it’s just right. I’ll buy again
