Amazing customer service! I got a phone call within 10 minutes of placing an order online to say one of the three colours I selected was unavailable and given the option of waiting a few more days for that colour or selecting a different colour. I choose another colour and the face masks were shipped immediately and I got them delivered a day later. Very impressive!! Masks are soft and comfortable to wear plus warm on frosty days.

It's so small, pulls ears forward. Definitely going to return them.

Beautiful to touch, but size is definitely not for a adult. Barely covers nose and mouth, forget trying to get it anywhere by your chin

I found this too small even for me - more like a childs size so it pulls the ears forward, even after washing and trying to stretch while wet. Pity
