All international parcels are sent Duty Unpaid. If any taxes, duties or VAT are to be paid for the import of the parcel, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the charges.

Delivery Times:
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, with most orders placed in the morning dispatched that same day.
New Zealand orders:
3-5 working days
International deliveries:
Australia & USA 5-7 working days

Tracking Your Package:
We will email you the tracking number of your package, and you will be able to follow the progress of your package through the courier company.
International Customs Charges And Import Duties:
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs charges and import duties. As customs policies and import duties vary greatly between countries, we are unable to tell you whether charges will be payable and what this cost will be. On occasions when customs charges and import duties are imposed, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Customs charges and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. So to avoid any nasty surprises, we recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
New Zealand Natural Clothing will not be responsible for any customs charges and import duties.
NOTE - USA Customers:
When your order arrives in the US, Customs may apply duties, taxes, and clearance fees. These charges are set by US Customs and can vary depending on product type, customs valuation, and currency rates. They may be higher than the 15% guideline you may have heard.
Your options when DHL contacts you:

Accept your shipment – Pay the duties and taxes, and your order will be delivered.

Refuse your shipment – Notify DHL directly, and it will be returned to us. Please note: if you choose this option, we cannot provide a refund for your order.
⚠️ If DHL cannot reach you, they will hold your parcel for 5 days before taking action.
Refund and Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with original tags.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using registered post with insurance, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds are usually processed within 2–4 weeks. To return an item, log in to your account, select your order under “Complete Orders,” and click “Return Item(s).”
Currency Variations:
All orders are charged in New Zealand Dollars.
