The coloured thread added to the Original Norsewear  Farm Fleck sock was done so around 15 years ago for 2 reasons;

• The onslaught of imported imitations (which wore out in weeks!) that were being returned to us got too great to handle, so a coloured thread was added to the toe to heel as authentication.
• The coloured threads are different for each size of the sock. The deep blue is for Large 8-10.5 size for washing identification.
