This premium sweater with a hood features dual layer construction, with a pure new wool outer and a possum/merino lining.

Merino wool has been scientifically proven to have moisture management properties, wicking moisture away from the skin and repelling rain.

Possum fibre is one of only two fibres with a hollow core (polar bear fibre being the other) to trap warm air next to your body.

The unique blend of these fibres enables this garment to cut out biting winds and extreme cold.

It is also designed with a 1/4 zip, and the combined design and fibre blend make this the ideal sweater for you if you face adverse conditions at work or play, as many of our happy customers will tell you.

The 36.6 range is designed to help you maintain your optimum body temperature of 36.6 degrees Celcius (~97.9 Fahrenheit), through the technologically advanced blend of fibres.   20 winters outside building on hilltops all over Wellington does a lot to you. You ask yourself a lot of questions. 9 hours a day of cold wind soon cut through you and starts chilling your bones. Building in winter doesn’t give you a lot but what it does give you is an appreciation for warm well-made clothing. I own swanndris, cactus clothing and other oilskin jackets, I really enjoy wearing well-made clothes. When I saw this Jersey my first reaction was "it’s a little too pricey" but if it does what it says it does, I’ll give it ago. Well 2 weeks later and I’m going to order another one, I can’t take this Jersey off. I wake up each morning looking forward to putting this top on. I’ll be buying another for myself and my Mum and Dad. This Jersey is truly the best item of clothing I own. Its warmer than a puffer jacket. Lighter and warmer than my oilskin jacket, you don’t overheat as you do in a swanndri and its quality tops cactus clothing. If you're hesitant on buying one of these please don’t be. It has changed my winters forever. They only thing I regret is not buying it sooner.

  If you are having any second thoughts- just don't. This super warm hoodie from NZ natural clothing is the Mercedes Benz of pure wool hoodies. Phil and his team exemplify what customer service used to be like, unfailingly helpful and bend over backward to help you in any way they can. So 12 out of 10!

  This is a really well made, very warm jumper. It is virtually wind proof and ideal for farming in cold weather or other exposed activities.

  This hoodie provides me protection on cold days particularly when wind contributes up to 5-6 degree c chill factor. I do recommend to others as suitable for outdoors in our winter.
